Lynette is passionate about partnering with organizations to understand their unique challenges, opportunities, organizational values, and practices. As a Human Resources Professional, she creates long-term & sustainable tools, processes, and solutions that drive strategic impact, and move their people forward. In her experience, she has created strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, recognition, and career & leadership development programs.

Lynette holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, and a Masters in Work, Organization and Leadership from Athabasca University. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (Fellow).

Lynette enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, travelling, snowshoeing, kayaking, and reading. Lynette enjoys giving back to her community through volunteering. She is currently volunteering on the Board for Red Deer Hospice Society and volunteers with the Alberta Chapter of CPHR.
