Ed lives and works in Red Deer, Alberta where he is the owner and senior consultant for hroutlook – Human Resources Consulting Group Inc.  As a Professional Workplace Coach and Consultant, he comes alongside leaders in organizations to serve them in helping build workplaces where people can succeed, move forward, and become better.  Ed journeys with people in discovering what they really want, how they will get it and to reaching their full potential. Ed has diverse experience in working in healthcare, municipalities, industry, manufacturing, food processing, and not-for-profits.

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, Ed chose to focus his career on the people side of business. He is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and an International Coach Federation Professional Coach.

Ed’s passions are his family, international travel (one more continent to go!), cooking, trekking in the mountains (completed Bronze level mountains and working on Silver in the Passport to the Peaks challenge), kayaking, and most recently baking pizzas with fire.
